1. This website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without Notice.
2. Your use of any information on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which IISM shall Not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any information available Through this website meets your specific requirements.
3. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of INDIA.
4. LATE ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
   

   Students are required to attend the entire duration of the course as scheduled. Late arrival by One day or leaving a day before completing the course will not be entertained.

5. FEE POLICY:
   The course fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled, under any circumstances. In the event of non-availability of snow, alternative adventure activities will be arranged.
6. ARRIVAL POLICY:
   Students are not permitted to arrive in the Institute before the scheduled start date of enrolment courses.
7. CAMPUS PERMISSION POLICY:
   Students are not allowed to leave the campus during the entire course duration. In case of an emergency, students must seek permission from the appropriate authority before leaving the campus.
8. HEALTH AND FITNESS:
   Students are required to be in good health and physical condition to participate in the adventure courses. It is imperative for all individuals to deposit their latest medical fitness certificate from a General physician to the institute at the time of reporting.
9. SAFETY GEAR:
   Students must wear appropriate safety gear as instructed by the instructors during all activities to ensure their safety.
10. INDEMNITY FORM:
    The institute will not be held responsible for any injuries or mishaps that may occur during the adventure courses. Participants are required to adhere to safety guidelines, follow instructions provided by instructors, and take necessary precautions to ensure their well-being throughout the duration of the courses and sign the indemnity form before joining the course.
11. COMPLETION CERTIFICATE:
    Students who leave the courses in between will not be issued a completion certificate for the course they were enrolled in.
12. PREREQUISITE FOR INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED COURSES:
    No candidate will be allowed to join intermediate and advanced courses without uploading the previous course certificate from any national recognized institute. The certificate must reflect an A grade to be eligible for enrolment in the intermediate and advanced courses.
13. RESPECT FOR RULES:
    Students must adhere to all rules and regulations set by the institute for each course. Any violation may result in disciplinary action and may lead to expulsion from the course. The trainee is Liable to be debarred from continuing the course under following conditions.
    • Substance abuse
    • Consumption of liquor and tobacco
    • Carrying Weapons.
    • Severe indiscipline endangering life, Limb of other trainee(s) or obstructing conduct of the course.
14. ADVANCED COURSE RULE-
    Students who get an ‘A” grade in any course are not allowed to repeat the same level course. If a student is found trying to do so, no fees will be refunded and He/She will be disqualified from the course.
15. No candidate will be allowed to join more than one course per year.
16. In case of loss/theft of Course Certificate, apply to Principal IISM mentioning course date and details for duplicate Certificate. The application has to be accompanied by the demand draft of Rs.500 in the name of (pay and accounts officer, ministry of tourism-payable at Srinagar) towards Printing and Postal charges.
17. All queries/grievances/correspondences to the Institute must be addressed to the Principal and not by name of any officer/staff of the Institute.
18. Your mobile number needs to be verified only once. This mobile number will be used for further communication. Please enter mobile number which is in use.
19. You have to upload your photograph, educational qualification certificate/ marks-sheet, date of birth certificate and signature picture while filling form. These pictures should be in .jpeg, .jpg or .png format only, and file size should not exceed 500 KB.
20. On successful submission of online application form for the respective course & batch the applicants will have to deposit fee through a "LINK" which will get received in their email ID, as mentioned in their application form. “Link” will be generated only after successful completion of online application form subject to satisfying the eligibility of the candidate. LINK will valid for next two days.
21. Course fee includes cost of boarding, lodging, training and ski equipment. The course fee once deposited will not be refunded/ transferred.
